Hydrometeorological boxes/lockers are made according to the special specifications of Meteorological and Hydrological Service, from quality spruce wood, manually coated with a water glaze in four layers. The advantage of wood over other materials lies in its physical properties and behaviour, i.e. changing of wood, therefore the results of hydrometeorological devices are better read and more qualitatively interpreted. In this box, the device merges with its environment. Instead of uglifying nature with plastic or metal objects, these wooden lockers are in harmony with the environment, and are completely biodegradable and environmentally friendly.
